What is Rave Society all about?
Rave Society was created by ravers, for ravers. We've been part of the rave community for over 10 years, and our goal is simple: create and share products we genuinely love and use. If it's in our store, it's something we'd feel confident recommending to our friends.
When will you launch more products?
We’ve got big plans! Join our email list or follow us on social media to stay in the loop on new designs and product launches.
Can I customize an order or suggest a new product?
We aren't currently taking individual customizations (but hopefully in the future). We do love hearing from our community please feel free to send ideas or feedback via our contact form, social channels, or reach out to support@shopravesociety.com.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it (NO GUARANTEES). Once it ships, we can’t make changes.
How can I collab with Rave Society?
You can join our affiliate program right HERE on the website!
If you have something else in mind send us an email at support@shopravesociety.com with the subject line COLLABORATION. Include a short intro, what kind of collab you have in mind, and links to your social media.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the intimate nature of our pasties and the hygienic nature of our handmade crocheted hats, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our return policy for full details.

REUSABLE PASTIES FAQ
What are Nipease made of?
Our Nipease collection are made from 100% silicone that’s skin-friendly, with reusable adhesive.
Do they come in different sizes or shapes?
Right now, we offer one size that fits most but more shapes, sizes and styles are coming soon. Stay tuned!
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We use 100% silicone that’s skin-friendly. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first.
How do I clean and store them?
We’ve got a full guide on this CLICK HERE, but the quick version: rinse with mild soap and water, let them air dry sticky side up, then store them in the original packaging or a clean dry case.

How do I take care of my hat?
Your hat is handmade, so show it a little extra love! 💜
CLEANING
When your hat needs a refresh, wash it gently by hand in cold water. Skip the washing machine and avoid scrubbing or wringing the material.
DRYING
After washing, press out excess water gently and place your hat out flat to dry. You can adjust the shape as needed!
EXTRA TIPS
For loose lint or small bits of debris, give your hat a gentle shake or use your hands to remove them. Avoid lint rollers, brushes, or anything that could catch on the yarn.
HEAT + ROUGH HANDLING
Keep your hat away from irons and high heat. Be mindful of snagging, stretching, or pulling, especially around decorative pieces and other added details.
Do you accept custom orders?
Not at this time! I’m not currently offering fully customized hats. I may offer custom orders in the future, so stay tuned!
Can you remake a sold-out hat?
If there’s a sold-out hat you’ve had your eye on, feel free to reach out! You can send a DM on instagram @ravesociety or send us an email at support@shopravesociety.com I’m happy to consider re-making previous designs when materials are available. If materials are not readily available there may be a $10 charge to re-suppyl.
